In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan LRU No. 155 dated April 21, 2008 “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners”, the vehicle owner must insure his responsibility for causing harm to life, health and property of other persons when using the vehicle.
Insurance compensation established by law in the equivalent of 40 million sums, of which:
- 65%-26 000 000 sum to cover damage to life and health
- 35%-14 000 000 sum to cover material damage
